In my hairbrushes there are traces of hair and styling products. How do I care for my hairbrushes correctly?
Clean brushes with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo. Run the water in the sink and the gently beat the brushes on the water surface. This loosens the hair. Then rinse the brushes under running water. Now it is important that the brushes dry properly. If your brush has a rubber surface, in which the bristles are embedded, make sure to squeeze them out until no water flows out. Remaining water begins to foul over time and with a wooden brush can warp the wood. The traces of water also make the perfect breeding ground for bacteria and these have no place on your head! Beat the brushes a few times in a hand towel and lay them out to dry with the brushes upside down. Careful: Never lay your brushes on a heater. The heat will damage the bristles and the material of the brush backing. This shortens the life of the brush, and in addition to the broken finish looking unsightly, wooden brushes may develop cracks. Through cracks in the material the brushes will become unstable and the handle will break quicker. Particularly brushes with natural bristles and wooden bristles and handles are sensitive. Make sure therefore that a wooden handle dries well after cleaning so that the wood does not tear.

I have been trying to backcomb my hair, it always collapses. What should I do?
In order to backcomb hair, you will need a fine-toothed comb. You can also buy special combs. Section off strands of hair with the comb and comb hair against the growth direction, towards the roots. Keep a distance of 2 cm from the hair roots, however; otherwise tangling may occur. Repeat with other hair sections.

1. Work Extra Care Sensitive Mousse into towel-dried hair, then use a round brush to blow dry.
2. Pull your hair together on top of your head with a hair band. Divide this into 3 to 6 parts depending on the thickness of your hair. Backcomb the sections.
3. Carefully comb the hair strands. Smooth and fix them with Extra Care Sensitive Hairspray. Twist the individual parts around your fingers and fix them with sliding hairpins in large curls. Finally, fix your hair with Extra Care Super Styling Lacquer and stylish pinned up hairstyle in finished!
